These Terms of Use govern your use of lukeni.io: the Lukeni platform and institutional site, including Discovery Ground, self-serve partner page creation and its dashboard, and pages published under /p/. By using this site or creating a page, you accept these terms.

These terms do not govern stinmnimi.gr or the stinmnimi application, which is a separate consumer product with its own terms for families purchasing a memorial biography. Enterprise, licensing, and API access referenced on this site are handled separately by direct agreement; these terms do not themselves constitute such an agreement.

1. Who Operates This Site

lukeni.io is operated by ThemisNexus OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

2. The Platform

Lukeni is a biographical intelligence platform. lukeni.io is its institutional and partner-facing site: informational content about the platform, Discovery Ground, and self-serve tools that let community organisations and funeral homes create a page and receive contributions tied to stinmnimi.gr memorial biographies purchased by their members.

3. Discovery Ground

Discovery Ground is illustrative. The passage it shows is drawn from Lukeni's proprietary research corpus for the community and generation you select, intended to demonstrate the depth of the underlying record. It describes documented patterns for a community and generation as a whole, not any specific individual, and should not be treated as a factual account of any particular ancestor, or as professional historical, genealogical, or psychological advice.

4. Creating a Page

The agreement

Creating a page forms an agreement between the organisation you represent and ThemisNexus OÜ. Its payment side, including who makes the donation, the referral fee for funeral homes, refunds, and payout, is stated on the payments and donations page, which forms part of these terms. The notice on the registration page records your acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be authorised to represent the organisation you register: a community organisation, funeral home, or similar body.

Accuracy

Information about your organisation must be accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for the content you enter or edit, including your tagline, about-page text, and any logo you upload.

No agency or joint venture

Beyond the agreement described above, creating a page does not create an agency, joint venture, employment relationship, or exclusivity between you and ThemisNexus OÜ or Lukeni.

Contributions and payout

Amounts routed to your organisation are tied to stinmnimi.gr memorial biographies attributed to your page. The amounts, who pays them, and how refunds affect them are stated on the payments and donations page; product pricing is set on stinmnimi.gr and may change. Payout is handled by a third-party payment and payout provider under that provider's own account terms, which you accept separately when you connect an account. We are not a bank and do not guarantee the timing or continuity of any transfer.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a page or account for misuse, fraud, misrepresentation of an organisation, or breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not misrepresent your organisation, or its affiliation with Lukeni or stinmnimi
• Do not attempt to scrape, extract, reverse-engineer, or otherwise obtain the underlying research corpus, prompts, scoring methodology, or any proprietary system behind Lukeni's outputs
• Do not use the site or self-serve tools for fraud, including fraudulent payout accounts

6. Intellectual Property

The Lukeni name, this site, its design, its research corpus, its prompts, and its underlying analytical framework are proprietary to ThemisNexus OÜ and/or its licensors. This is the foundation of what makes Lukeni possible, and none of it is licensed, published, or disclosed through your use of this site.

Content you create on your page (your organisation's name, uploaded logo, and edited tagline or about text) remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of your page.

Any AI-drafted starting text, such as a tagline or about-paragraph, is provided only as a starting point for you to edit. You are responsible for what you publish once you have edited or accepted it.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain features (account sign-in, page hosting, AI-assisted drafting, and payout) rely on third-party service providers. Your use of payout features is additionally governed by that provider's own terms, particularly regarding the banking and identity information you provide directly to them.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its tools are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that Discovery Ground content is exhaustive or free of error, or any specific level or timing of donation payouts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ThemisNexus OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and our overall liability is limited to what is proportionate for a free-to-use informational and self-serve tool.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
