A biography touches a family's most guarded memories. This page states plainly what we do to earn that trust, and what recourse exists if we fall short of it.
How we handle the record
Seven commitments that apply to every biography we produce. The full version, written for auditors and enterprise buyers, is published in detail as The Standard.
Nothing is invented, guessed, or filled in to make the story read more smoothly. If a detail appears in the biography, we can point to what it came from.
Which sources shaped a specific passage is available on request, and where practical, by default.
Anything about someone's inner life, character, or motives is marked as a reading, not a fact — and it's grounded in documented norms for that person's own community and generation, never generic pattern-matching.
Access, correct, or permanently delete what you've submitted and what we've produced, at any time, without needing to give a reason.
Where the evidence behind something is thin, the record says so or leaves it out. We don't manufacture certainty to make a narrative land better.
No output goes from questionnaire to family with no one accountable for it in between.
Every commitment above can be checked against the finished biography and its citations — not against access to our internal process.
What happens if something goes wrong
The concrete terms behind the commitments above.
- You don't pay until you approve. Nothing is charged until you've reviewed and approved the final biography. If you don't approve it, you owe nothing.
- Nothing publishes without your approval. The memorial page goes live only after you've reviewed and approved the final version.
- 24-hour response on changes or problems. Email us and we make the change or respond within a day.
- Your content is never sold or used commercially. Storage and processing follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- You can delete permanently, at any time. The digital memorial can be deactivated or removed on request, with no reason required.
- The memorial outlasts any change to the company. If ThemisNexus OÜ ever changes hands or changes domain, the memorial page stays accessible as a static page through a permanent redirect.
