The Hellenic Community of Melbourne has supported Greek families across the city since 1954. Members can now create a written biography for a relative, preserving their life story for the generations who follow.
Every biography stands on a documented record: what Greek Australians of a given generation actually lived through. Choose a generation to see the ground beneath the stories.
Every order generates 100 for this organisation, in your own currency.
We review every organisation before opening a page. Leave your details and we will reply by email, usually within two working days. Common questions are answered in the partner FAQ.
Fill in your organisation details. The preview updates as you type.
Your page is live, so every link you send now works. Choose a template and send it from your own address.
Each one says the same thing in a different voice. You can edit the text afterwards.
Your page link is already in it.
Anyone can visit it once we approve it. Two things left, in this order.
Everything here is also on your dashboard, so you will not lose it.
Send this link to your members. It is the only thing that earns your organisation money, because every order is credited through this address.
Every biography ordered through your page gives your organisation €100.
Every order placed through your page. A paid line carries its Stripe reference, so you can check it against your own Stripe account rather than taking our word for it.
Families can keep a memorial private. Private orders still pay your organisation but cannot be counted here, so this number can be lower than what you have actually earned. The contributions list above is the complete record.
Ready-to-post captions and messages, a family fact sheet, the creator disclosure line, brand rules, wording by partner type, a seasonal calendar and the terms of use for these materials.
Ready-made social captions, a newsletter paragraph, a WhatsApp or Viber message, and (for non-profit partners) a bulletin insert. Use them as they are, or adjust the wording. Fill in every bracket before you post. Every piece links to your own partner page, never to lukeni.io directly, so that orders are credited to you.
Write [100] as the amount in your currency: €100, $100, A$100, C$100 or £100.

1. For a parent or a grandparent
A parent or a grandparent carries a life that was never written down: the village, the work, the character the family still talks about. Lukeni turns that life into a memorial biography, a hardbound printed booklet and a memorial website, built from a questionnaire that takes 30 to 60 minutes to answer. A first draft comes back within 48 hours. You read it, ask for changes, and approve it before anything is printed or charged. Every order placed through our page also sends [100] to our [cause]. Start here: [your page link]

2. For the children's edition
Grandchildren often know the outline of a grandparent's life but not the detail. The children's edition takes the same life story and tells it for readers aged 6-10: about 40 pages with custom illustrations, delivered as a hardcover copy alongside the family's memorial biography. It comes with the Premium package, so a family can commission one memorial biography and end up with a version every generation can read. Every order placed through our page also sends [100] to our [cause]. See how it works: [your page link]

3. For a memorial-service moment
Families gather for the 9-day, the 40-day, and the yearly mnimosino, and someone always tells a story that should have been written down. A Lukeni memorial biography does that: a questionnaire, a first draft within 48 hours, a review, and a finished hardbound booklet and memorial website that stays online for 35 years with no subscription and no expiry. Every order placed through our page sends [100] to our [cause]. Begin one for someone in your family: [your page link]

Our organisation now has a page with Lukeni, offering members a memorial biography: a hardbound printed booklet and a memorial website written from a family's own answers to a guided questionnaire. The questionnaire takes 30 to 60 minutes, a first draft comes back within 48 hours, and nothing is printed or charged until the family has reviewed it and approved the final version. The memorial website stays online for 35 years, with no subscription or renewal. Families who choose the Premium package also receive a children's edition of the same life, written for readers aged 6-10. Every order placed through our page sends [100] to our [cause]. Start at [your page link].
A few of you have asked about the memorial biography we mentioned. It is a printed booklet and a memorial website, written from a questionnaire you answer at your own pace. A first draft comes back within 48 hours, and you approve it before anything is charged. Every order through our page sends [100] to our [cause]. Link here: [your page link]
Our community now has a page with Lukeni, a service that writes a memorial biography, a hardbound booklet and a memorial website, from a family's own answers to a guided questionnaire. A first draft arrives within 48 hours, and nothing is charged until the family approves the finished version. Every order placed through our page sends [100] to our [cause]. This section is written so a partner can copy it into a one-page PDF and forward it to a family considering a memorial biography.
Standard package:
Premium package (everything in Standard, and):
Optional add-on, available with either package: three 90-minute interview sessions with an interviewer, including scanning of family photographs.
Every package includes a memorial website that stays online for 35 years, with no subscription, no renewal and no expiry. Nothing is produced, and nothing is charged, until the family has approved the final biography.
All prices are one-time payments. Nothing is charged until the family has reviewed and approved the finished biography.
Nothing is charged until you've reviewed and approved the final biography; if you don't approve it, you owe nothing. The memorial page goes live only after you've reviewed and approved the final version. Send an email to hello@lukeni.io and Lukeni makes the change or responds within a day. Your content is never sold or used commercially, and storage and processing follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can delete what you submitted, and what was produced, permanently, at any time.
A family orders through the partner's own page link, not through lukeni.io directly. Ordering through the page link is what credits the order to the partner.
What a family submits, and the biography produced from it, is stored under access controls and encrypted transport, and is never shared with data brokers or advertisers. The finished memorial is private and visible only to the family unless the family chooses otherwise.
Each biography is written by Lukeni's own system from the family's questionnaire answers and a research base of books, academic sources and community records on Greek life and migration. Every draft is read by a human editor before the family sees it.
Write [100] as the amount in your currency: €100, $100, A$100, C$100 or £100.
For non-profit partners: every biography commissioned through this page sends [100] to our [cause].
For for-profit partners: this memorial biography can be commissioned directly through this page.
A family member completes a life story questionnaire on Lukeni's web application. It takes 30 to 60 minutes and covers identity, relationships, childhood, adult life and character, and work and contributions. Photographs can be uploaded at the same time, and progress can be saved and returned to at any time. A first draft comes back within 48 hours; the family reads it, asks for changes, and approves the final version before anything is produced or charged.
Prices are fixed per market and paid once, with nothing charged until the family has approved the finished biography. Standard is €449 and Premium €699 in euros; $519 and $899 in US dollars; A$749 and A$1,199 in Australian dollars; C$749 and C$1,199 in Canadian dollars; £399 and £599 in pounds sterling. Families who would rather talk than type can add three 90-minute interview sessions for an additional fee. There are no deposits and no instalments.
The organisation or business has its own page on lukeni.io, carrying its own name, and shares the page link with its members or clients however it chooses. Every order placed through that link is credited automatically, and the price to the family is the same as anywhere else on the site. For non-profit organisations, each completed order generates a [100] donation, in the currency the family paid in; for for-profit businesses, it generates a referral fee. Registering and accepting the page terms online is the whole agreement; there is nothing else to sign.
The questionnaire takes 30 to 60 minutes to complete, and the first draft is returned within 48 hours of submission. After that, timing depends on how quickly the family reviews and approves the draft. Once approved, the memorial website and printed booklet are produced; the website stays online for 35 years, with no subscription, no renewal and no expiry.
Each biography is written by Lukeni's own system from two inputs: the family's answers to the questionnaire, and a research base of books, academic sources and community records on Greek life and migration. AI language models are part of that system; the research base, the method and the checks around it belong to Lukeni. Every draft is read by a human editor before the family sees it, and the family reviews, corrects and approves it before anything is published or charged.
ThemisNexus OÜ, the EU-based company that operates Lukeni, is the data controller. What a family submits, and the biography produced from it, is stored under access controls and encrypted transport, and is never shared with data brokers or advertisers. The finished memorial is private and visible only to the family unless the family chooses otherwise, and a family can delete what it submitted, and what was produced, at any time.
For for-profit creators (bloggers, podcasters, newsletter writers, social accounts) who share a Lukeni partner page link and earn a referral fee when someone orders through it.
For a caption on a social post:
"Paid partnership: I earn a referral fee when you order through my link."
For a blog post or newsletter:
"I have a partnership with Lukeni: if you commission a memorial biography through the link in this post, I earn a referral fee, and the price to you is the same as on lukeni.io."
For a podcast or video, spoken aloud:
"Quick disclosure before I go on: I have a paid partnership with Lukeni, and if you order a memorial biography through my link, I earn a referral fee."
Consumer-protection rules in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the European Union require a clear disclosure whenever someone is paid for recommending a product or service. Lukeni asks every for-profit creator partner to use one of the three lines above, or an equivalent, on every piece of content that carries a partner page link.
Write "Lukeni" with a capital L and lower-case letters after it. Never write "LUKENI" in running text. Never write "Lukeni.io" as the name of the company; "lukeni.io" is only the web address.
The company behind Lukeni is ThemisNexus OÜ. Use that legal name only where a legal name is needed, for example on an invoice or in a copyright line. In ordinary text, use "Lukeni".

Use the white-on-black or white-on-green version whenever the background is dark or already a solid black or green.
Keep an empty margin around the wordmark on every side, at least equal to the height of the capital letter L in the logo. Nothing else, no text, no other logo, no edge of the page, should sit inside that margin.
The sources for this toolkit do not state a minimum size, so the following are proposed minimums, to be confirmed before use:
These are the values found in the site's own stylesheet and in the logo files themselves.
#1a1812 (the main text colour used across lukeni.io; the black wordmark file itself is #1b1a17, effectively the same colour)#ffffff (the page background), with #f7f5f2 used as a secondary background in the site's navigation bar and footer#9a7a32, with a slightly lighter shade, #b8933a, used for links and button hover states#1e5158, sampled directly from the background of the lukeni-logo-white-on-green.png fileNote: the partner sign-up and partner-page tools use a separate internal colour, #3d7d63, for status indicators such as checkmarks. That colour is part of the partner dashboard's own interface, not the brand green above, and should not be used for the wordmark or for partner materials.
The site loads two Google Fonts, found in the stylesheet's font link:
Do not stretch or distort the wordmark. Do not rotate it. Do not recolour it to a colour not listed above. Do not add shadows, outlines or other effects to it. Do not place it on top of a busy photograph. Do not add words to it. Do not use it as your own organisation's logo.
Your partner page carries your own organisation's name and story. Do not add the Lukeni wordmark to your partner page.
From the site's own homepage, verbatim: "Lukeni applies research-grounded analysis, a proprietary psychological framework, and an AI pipeline to reconstruct how people lived. At the scale of a single life, a place, or a generation." The site's standing tagline, used in every page footer, is: "Biographical intelligence platform."

[Organisation name] can create its own page on lukeni.io, at no cost, to offer members a memorial biography: a hardbound printed booklet and a memorial website written from a family's own answers to a guided questionnaire. Creating the page and accepting the page terms online is the whole agreement; there is nothing else to sign, no meetings and no paperwork. Every order a member places through our page generates a [100] donation to [organisation name], in the currency the family paid in, paid by Lukeni out of the price of the order, not added to the family's bill. The money is paid automatically to a bank account we connect through Stripe, with nothing deducted by Lukeni. [Organisation name] never handles family data, payments, refunds or disputes; families deal directly with Lukeni's operating company, ThemisNexus OÜ. Either side can end the arrangement at any time, and anything already earned is still paid out in full.
[Organisation name] now has a page with Lukeni, a service that writes a memorial biography for a family: a hardbound printed booklet and a memorial website, from a questionnaire that takes 30 to 60 minutes to answer. A first draft comes back within 48 hours, and nothing is charged until the family reviews and approves the final version. Every order placed through our page sends [100] to [organisation name]. The page link is [your page link].

We can arrange a written memorial biography for your family: a printed booklet and a memorial website, built from a questionnaire you answer at your own pace. A first draft comes back within 48 hours, and you review and approve it before anything is printed or charged. It is commissioned through our own page, so it is easy to arrange from here.
Memorial biography, arranged through [Business name]: a hardbound printed booklet and a memorial website, priced the same as on lukeni.io/pricing, one payment, charged only once you approve the finished biography. Order through [your page link].
You can present a Lukeni memorial biography the way you present anything else you have used yourself: a post about writing one for your own grandparent, a mention in your newsletter, or a segment in a podcast or video where you talk about the process. Describe only what the site itself states: the questionnaire, the first draft within 48 hours, the family's review and approval, and the finished hardbound booklet and memorial website. Every piece of content that carries your page link needs the disclosure line set out in the Creator Disclosure document, placed at the top of the post, in the same language as the post.
Setting up is easy and just requires a quick registration and accepting the page terms online.
Each chapter or branch can request its own page on lukeni.io, in its own name, at lukeni.io/partners. A chapter's page works the same way as any other non-profit partner page: members commission a memorial biography, a hardbound printed booklet and a memorial website, through the chapter's own page link, and every completed order sends a [100] donation to that chapter, in the currency the family paid in. Each chapter's page, and its donations, are its own. Registering a page and accepting the page terms online is the whole agreement; there is nothing else to sign, no meetings and no paperwork.
One line per date, in order, from October 2026 through December 2027. Each entry gives the date, what it is, and a one-sentence post opener.
